Jetta or Auris?

Evening folks, Looking for some opinions here.
Currently have 2 cars sitting on the drive outside, and would appreciate some help deciding which to get rid of.

The first is an 09 Auris 1.33 Petrol, 108,000 miles on the clock, very clean, well specced...

The second is a car i was given to sell for a relative, 10 Jetta 1.6 Diesel, 200000 miles, again decent spec.

Jetta is obviously a nicer car to drive, and being a diesel is more economical, 60k round trip for work, But it has developed an oil leak and has got me thinking, as miles rack up, It's only going to cost more to maintain.Planning on returning to college in September so from a cost point of view, am i better off taking the hit on the fuel economy for the sake of what will probably be a more reliable car, albeit less enjoyable in the long run?

Jetta could become costly very quickly

    ^This.

I'd be getting rid of the Jetta. As new cars in the showroom, I'd go for the Jetta but in your current dilemma it's got a lot more mileage than the Auris and is probably more prone to unreliability than the Toyota.
