Virgin Media Account After Death

    Hi,

    my father passed away and as he was the Virgin Media account holder I want to cancel his account then set up a new one for my mother. Is there any stipulations on this or can anyone advise the best thing to do here for the best possible deal? He had the tv, broadband and phone bundle at 120 euro per month. Am I able to cancel his account and set my mother up as a new customer to take advantage of the new customer deals? If I do this is there any sort of penalty eg have to wait 30 days before setting up a new account?
