Applied for the PUP payment a few weeks ago as my job was coming to an end but, was lucky to find a new job fairly quickly although the recruitment clearance has been slow and so could be another week or two until I get a start date.

Therefore since this, I have been availing of the PUP payment or at least trying to.
The first week I am aware you don't get anything as it is paid the week you return to work. The second week when I was expecting a payment I was told in an email that I wasn't eligible so I queried with the local office and helpline only to be told that It was a glitch in the system and re-apply. Thankfully last week I finally got my first payment and just hoped that the payment I missed out on the week before would be paid in arrears eventually.

Now after checking my bank account today I noticed I haven't received anything yet and wondering might it be a bank issue as opposed to social welfare?

Therefore should I wait it out till 4 o clock or so to see or should I just start ringing the social welfare office again??

I got mine extremely quick but all I'm receiving is the 200 when I am entitled to 300.

No there is something wrong just call them now your payment should have been there first thing in the morning.

Hi I didn’t get my payment to my account this week either. There was a glitch in the system.
They said I’d receive a payment on Monday and on Tuesday this week. Not holding my breathe for it to be honest.
