I keep being told on the phone to switch to online payments. It says you no longer get paper bills if you sign up online.

What happens if I need a paper bill? eg, for opening a bank account etc.

Can I still order a paper bill if I sign up for online payments?

You just print the bill off your online account.

Thanks but I've had situations before when a print out will not be accepted. The bank or whoever wants a utility bill want an original copy.

What you print off is exactly what you'll get in the post. I do it every month for business records. There is no difference.
