External Wall Build-up

Looking for some opinions - External Wall Build-up - New Build house - for the purposes of pricing

Current external wall build-up is proposed at 100mm inner and outer leaf, plastered internally, rendered externally with 200mm blown bead insulation.

Generally speaking to achieve an airtightness level <2ac/h @ 50pa, do you think the following assumptions would be correct?

    - airtightness tape internally at all opes - windows, doors, extract pipes etc,
    - airtightness tape internally at junction of hollow-core to wall, at junction of roof to external wall (the roof buildup itself is airtight - single ply membrane on insulation to plywood etc),
    - airtightness internally around the base of the external walls.

I see people talking about lining the inner face of the outer leaf with membranes and plasterboard etc, however I don't believe that will be necessary with the general build-up indicated above - unless of course I am wrong - which I am happy to be, as we are months away from building yet.

    thoughts appreciated

Wrap the hollowcore with airtight membrane when it is being installed. Then seal the membrane to top (downstairs) and bottom (upstairs) of wall internally
