Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    I just signed up for this but I have to wait until the card arrives. I've become accustomed to not carrying a wallet with me anymore as everything is on the phone.

    Does anyone know if you can just use the app with this service or do you have to always have the card?

    99% sure one needs the card to use the service. Have not used it though in 2020. Perhaps the terminals been updated to allow for this?
