Would you not tax it online once you get the new reg book back?

Thank you for replies.car has not been taxed

Since feb.i understand that means taxing online
Is not possible, unless perhaps ,paying arrears

Once change of ownership goes through and you get new reg cert the new owner can tax online. There would be no arrears due for the new owner.
