    Hi all,
My Advent speaker set started to give problems. Trying out the various audio ports,I found that some signal was getting to one speaker but nothing more than a background noise, so I took it out. Checking the hardware settings on the computer seems to tell me that the Realtek sound card is working as required. I got a set of IRocks speakers, which have a USB port/audio jack 3.5mm cable and plugged it in but I am getting no sound, even though the test page shows that it appears to be working. Any ideas?
