Grundfos MQ 3-45 keeps running

The MQ 3-45 is about 10 years old and pressurises the entire house water system. Over the past year the pump now runs for a long time anytime water is used (even just a small amount). It now runs for up to one minute after any water use.
Is the check valve a likely cause for this?
Is it worth replacing parts, or is it time to replace the pump?
Is there any new updated version of this pump, or should i replace it with the same model?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Is this filling an expansion tank? What's the pressure gauge say?

It’s filling an expansion tank and stainless steel hot water cylinder in the hot press. System Gauge is 3 bar

I have a grundfos MQ pump and it was doing the same thing a few years ago. Had to have the pressure/flow switch replaced.
I found it hard to get a plumber or company to look at it and ended getting it repaired by Grundfos in Ballymount in Dublin 12 and think it cost me about 150 euro. Took about 3-4 weeks for them to do it too. I ended up buying a second hand one to tide us over and then selling it on.
If the location suits this guy on adverts may be an easier option and buy a reconditioned pump.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have decided to order a new pump and when I get it I will refurbish the original unit. It has served me pretty well.
