EU Countries with minimal Covid restrictions ?

    Family member looking to move to a country with minimal Covid restrictions for a few months. Is anyone aware of countries where bars etc are all open with almost no limitations? (Eastern EU included)

    Thats about the only place you can go to right now without hassle and where the is some semblance of normal life

    And based on past experience, is least likely to impose new restrictions.
    I don't think that can be said for any other country.
    They may not have restrictons today but by the time you get there... lockdown.

    They've already tightened restrictions in certain parts of Sweden this week as their case numbers are surging so I wouldn't be so sure.
