Balcony leaking

    As the title says I've a balcony leaking. Stupid Celtic tiger design on the house which is now leaking down into my daughter's room below. I tried sealing it up on the perimeter with a heavy roofing silicon but it hasn't worked. The runaway trap is clean and unblocked.
    Who do I need here? Roofer, builder chippy?

    South Dublin if anyone can recommend someone.
