Does anyone else follow this crowd on Instagram or know anything about them?

They literally look like a garage operating on the side of the road in a small town in the middle of nowhere in Galway and all they seem to sell is brand new Range rovers, McLaren's, Ferrari

I've never seen any garage in Ireland have the stock of luxury/supercars that this garage has, it's insane.

Tidy line up of cars alright!

He's been there a long time and has always specialised in very high end stuff. But you're equally likely to see run of the mill stuff on his forecourt too. I think he (or someone in his team) has just got them a bit more active on social media lately.

He's just off the Tuam/Gort M18 motorway too, so not quite the middle of nowhere ;)

Not sure of his relations but I used to work with a good friend of his and met him once or twice, he was on the go then and that was the late 00's.

Interestingly enough Lewis motors have the exact same cars listed as Adrian Quinn in certain cases. Same car registrations

really, makes sense i suppose, they are probably splitting the country between them and cross marketing,

there isnt that big a market for what they sell but they do get some lovely cars in.

I live not far from there, go over sometimes just to look at stuff.

Often has brand new very high end stuff too: 7 series hybrid recently . Out the back is an Aladdins cave of stuff. Escalade, Navigator, McLaren even.

    Ode To The Motorist

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

I saw that aye, couldn't believe it! I've never seen a McLaren in Ireland my whole life, let alone two.

He has a few gorgeous AMGs too, must drive over some day just to gawk

they are the real deal , they know their stuff about cars

i wont comment on the high powered sports cars as i dont know enough but for the likes of land rover discovery and other more regular stuff , they are very very expensive , always the most expensive out there , approach obviously works for them ?

I'm more interested in who is buying these, is Galway awash with 150k range rovers there days?

I haven't even seen a McLaren in Ireland on the road yet he has 2 for sale, these must just end up going back to the UK.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,688 ✭✭✭User1998

They posted a video on Instagram of one of their customers arriving via helicopter

I imagine he isn't relying on Galway customer's alone?

I spotted one of those McLarens driving down the road near there earlier this week....... the poor aul driver had to hold his phone while driving. Imagine spending that much money on a car and it not even having Bluetooth! :0

Also seems to add on body kits to some cars making them look like AMGs.

Ya he certainly seems to advertise wheel upgrades etc.

There are too many felt spec traders around so if a dealer was to offer sensible upgrades and get known for it, they would do ok.
There are plenty in the uk but here it seems to involve stupidly big wheels and sitting the car on the floor.

Problem in this country is that insurance companies don't like modified cars, even tinting windows can be an issue, so there won't be much bushiness if people can't get reasonable insurance for modified cars

I think you’re missing the other problem in Ireland and that being about 1 in 10 people actually declaring modifications
