Looking to upgrade my general purpose pc - before brexit...

I want lots of threads - for experimentation, development and occasional video rendering. Visual Studio etc.
Silent is more important over gaming performance - so APU is preferable.

    So looking for
    * a good Motherboard(Preferably Asus rather than gigabyte),
    * 16G fast RAM,
    * Fan and CPU (preferably with built in GPU).

Ideally then - I think? - I would like something like an Amazon bundle deal on a motherboard AMD Ryzen 5 4700G/4600G (with built in GPU)

But I'm not finding this - is it because its not available or not released yet?

Is it worth waiting for or should I just go with 3600G - or just go with 3600 and a more usual graphic card.
    Thanks.

    1. What is your budget? Ideally €400-€750

    2. Main purpose of the computer? Office stuff, SW Development, Video Editing.

    3. Need Windows? No

    4. Any parts from an old computer? Yes - ssd, case and 750W psu, keyboard.

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

    6. peripherals? No.

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? No

    8. How can you pay? Any

    9. When are you purchasing? Black Fridays sales.

    10. help building it? Im good thanks.

    Thanks all.

The 4000 series is not available for retail purchases, only for OEM builds. See press release here.

Personally, I would prefer a Ryzen 5 3600 on an ASUS B450 motherboard, with 16GB of RAM and 1TB SSD. Add a quiet video card with good outputs for less than 50 euro and you got yourself a workhorse. These would set you back ~500 GBP if you bought today, but could be less in BF sales. I grabbed some SSDs in the Prime Day sales with a solid discount, maybe you do even better on BF.
