I need to return a mobile phone back to Amazon germany but struggling to find a good courier who accepts mobiles.

Tried UPS but they are ****e...no one came to collect 2 days in a row and their customer service was clueless. No confidence if they can deliver without hassles

Any other recommendations who can take phone with integrated battery ?

    Thanks

I use UPS for a lot of my eBay sales and I've never had any issues with collections. Are you sure you scheduled the collection correctly? Their site isn't very user friendly to be fair. You can drop it off yourself at a depot as well.

DPD are reasonably priced to Germany (for drop-off at a shop), although I've never used them.

Did your collection request show up here?
    https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/history?loc=en_IE

The status should be "Your pickup request has been received and a UPS driver will be scheduled to pickup your package(s)." by the morning of the scheduled collection day.

I have used TNT to send a mobile to germany and it worked like a charm, got delivered within 2 business days. Price was around 15 EUR

i have an apple watch to return to amazon.de - tnt are quoting 58-94 to ship it!

DPD are the best quote i have found @ 18 for shop drop off or 28 to collect. Can they be trusted though? I've had some small issues with them in the past....

Had a few dealings with DPD over the last couple of months and they have all been flawless.
