Hi In an end of terrace house and have a massive attic, but the roof height is less than 2m. Is there any way I would get planning permission to raise the roof?

In an end of terrace house and have a massive attic, but the roof height is less than 2m. Is there any way I would get planning permission to raise the roof?

Not in my opinion.
Especially if you are end of terrace and connected to the rest of the block.
