Card declining

    I have money on my account but whenever I try buy something online it says it’s declined.

    If you have received a text from ourselves asking for you to confirm a transaction, it would be best to link in with our card security team on 1800946764. Alternatively, our Verified by Visa team will be available on 012500370. One of our colleagues will be happy to look into this further for you.
