Hi,

Just wondering has anyone experienced a rattle/banging noise coming from their keylite roof windows? I have a large window and it seems the hood at the top bends and moves easily in high wind and causes a banging/crackling noise which is quiet nerve racking when in that room at the time. It’s feels like the window is going to lift off. I’ve attached a photo to try explain what I mean. Iv had an engineer out from the company and he said there’s nothin wrong with it ðŸ€·*♂️.
