Friends cycling lockdown?

Hi I read a lot of posts about cycling in lockdown, just wondering if we manage to cycle loops of 5km from homes but there are 4 people from different houses will that be an issue ? We have worked out the route no problem but could a checkpoint stop you for meeting up from different houses?or even just 2 groups of 2?

You can meet with one other household for exercise in a setting that is not a home or garden.

For training generally "All other training activities should be individual only."

So you can meet up with your best mate but not your three other friends unless they form "one other household".
