Hi, I know a phone call in the morning would clear this up but however someone here may know the answer. Do service centres do warranty work or would I need to go to main dealer?
    Thanks

    It depends.

If its a manufacturers service centre, not attached to a showroom however they are part of the dealer or manufacturers name like Winsor Nissan Service Center in Deansgrange or Kearys Toyota Service Center in Midleton, they will do warranty repairs and everything else you expect from a main dealer.

If it's someone calling themself an "Approved Service Cente" or the likes, not attached to a brand then no.

It’s the latter but they are listed on manufacturers website.

Go on, who is it :pac:.

If they are on the manufacturers website then i'd expect them to do warranty work.

They were Volvo dealers but not any more, I doubt they are doing warranty work if it's a Vulva.

Cashel Motorworks are Authorised Citroen Repairers and can do Citroen warranty work. I'm not sure about other brands.

Thanks - yes it’s Citroen rather than Volvo.

+1 they're an approved Citroen service centre and claim to be Volvo 'specialists'. Which I take to mean that they're an independent Volvo service centre.
