    Just failed nct in naas..31%...

Right rear absorber was replaced 6 months ago as leaking and left one was considered ok...

Was tempted to just try re-test playing with tyre pressure but as it is a security part will replace the left one

    Rgds

Should have got both shocks done together.
Ive seen this probably 100 times in the past. Shocks should always be done in pairs.

And its not 1% of a fail. Its 31%. They allow you 30% which to be honest is too high .

Just as an add-on, it didn't fail but your rear right brakes are in trouble too.
Effort is low and it's causing quite an imbalance in both foot brake and hand brake.
