Wall mounted 4-5m Cantilever Parasol

I have a 12 foot high boundary wall I'd like to hang a large, 4mX4m or possibly 5mX5m cantilever parasol off but can't find anyone in Ireland stocking or capable of selling me anything greater than 3mX3m. I'd buy online and install myself if I could source one but not having any luck.

Has anyone here installed a wall mounted parasol bigger than 3mX3m and if so can you point me in the right direction?

I know it's possible to get base weighted parasols greater than 3mX3m but I don't want a base weighted solution and I definitely don't want a pergola or awning of any sort.

Maybe I'm looking for a product that simply doesn't exist.

I've tried Google, Ali Express, Amazon and eBay without any luck.

You guys are my last hope!!

I don't think you'll find one because that amount of torque creates the risk of bringing a wall down.

What about this kind of thing?

Could probably be modified such that the arm is sunk into concrete so it's not a trip hazard like the base, but do you really want to go to those lengths?

    Thanks Lumen,

Hadn't found that company in my searches. The one you linked to is close to what I'd like but I think this might be even closer https://www.wellsumbrellas.co.uk/large-garden-parasol-andover/

Instead of having it wall mounted I could have the in ground base quite close to the wall with the arm coming directly out to cover the area of the patio I want covered.

Not sure they will deliver and install in RoI though and I'm guessing they are very expensive. I've a budget of about €2,500 all in. It's a nice to have, not a have to have :o

Yeah, well the problem I have with parasols is that the light-ish ones get dirty and the dark-ish ones fade from UV.

Mine never seem to last more than a three or four years, but at least they only cost about 100 quid in Ikea. :pac:

If I could find something in IKEA or Woodies, B&Q etc which was big enough and either wall mounted or in ground mounted I'd be all over it but there's no point getting a 2m X 2m parasol to cover a 4m X 4m space!!

Well the logical answer is a pavillion, cos that's supported at each corner.

Yeah but don't want something which permanently covers the area. It's main use will be to provide cover from showers during spring and autumn family BBQ's.

At the moment I stand in the rain with a golf brolly BBQ'ing and run in and out with food to everyone else sitting nice and dry inside :(
