Hi everyone hope you are all keeping well during these difficult times.

I have a question, since starting back at a training center both staff and students are required to write both their names and numbers on contract tracing forms, both sets of forms for staff and students are on display for all to see (the staff sign in sheet is located beside the main building entrance) and the student one sits beside the the daily sign in sheet in our training room.

My question is under GDPR is this even legal for our personal information to be stored so insecurely, and am I with in my right to refuse to write my phone number on this sheet?

I have no problem with contact tracing as long as it's done in the correct manner.
