    Hi,

We are currently in the closing stages of our home purchase and our solicitor is requesting ‘Letters re roads and services in charge’.

Does anyone know how to get one in Cork County Council?

Normally the Valuation report completed on the property by a valuer appointed by the lender would state if the roads and services are taken in charge. If they are not I would expect that your Solicitor would deal with the matter with your local Council.
