Ptsb can't transfer

    I have a fixed term access and a booster bonus account with PTSB I tried to transfer from BB to fixed term online but it wont let me. It keeps saying error

    "Sorry but this lodgement is not permitted. (error code 343)"

    Anyone know why.?

    Is this your first lodgment into the term deposit? You're obviously only allowed one lodgments per term deposit.
