360 feedback review

    I'd like to get a 360 review done, my HR have gave the green light but I need to look after it myself. Are there any companies that would do a singular one? I've searched online but it's mainly companies trying to sell software to do 360 reviews on large amount of staff.

    Your company have lazy and incompetent HR.

    There should be a formal process for 360 reviews, and it should be managed by HR or a competent supervisor.

    Reviews are very sensitive and need to be handled with care.

    If I were you I would not proceed with this.

    What are you hoping to get out of it?
