My parents are looking to get Saorview and Freesat.

They want TV in 3 rooms.

My dad does not want drilling between the rooms. "No cables going everywhere ..."

Is it possible to connect the second and third TV point wirelessly? If so, how?

    Thanks.

It is possible, but wireless connections are not necessarily reliable for (effectively) streaming due to interference within the home ...... both physical and electrical.
    Each situation is different.

Some time ago I had one location which was problematic using wireless ..... dropped connection is a real turn-off when viewing live TV - and I temporarily overcame it with 'Home Plugs', until I was able to run an ethernet cable to the location.

Going this route will require a source (tuner box) that is capable of outputting a data stream such as DLNA. If the different locations are required to be capable of viewing unique channels then a tuner for each will be required in the tuner box.

Some Linux powered boxes are capable of sharing their tuners on the LAN so maybe that would be sufficient.
Else I suggest reading a few threads in the HTPC section to see what others have done ....... making all devices capable of viewing media regardless location, including phones, tablets, laptops, PCs as well as TVs.

No more fixed point in specific room for watching media - both live and stored.

You can share channels and recordings over wifi, if you use enigma2 based boxes. You will have something like the Tiviar as the main box. Then you get two small boxes that can be mounted at the back of the tv for the other rooms. If you look at the Tiviar threads you'll find details.
