I live abroad and due to travel restrictions I will probably not be able to visit Ireland for a long time.

I wish to sell a property I own in Ireland.

Is it possible to sell a property without being in the country?

    What would be the procedure?

You probably need to speak with a Solicitor based in Ireland ,You should be able to book a appointment and do it by phone .

I'm sure it can be done, the main problem is you signing the contracts .

I'm not sure if they can be sent by courier to you and then sent back or if you signing the contracts has to be witnessed by your solicitor .

You would get a better response in the Accommodation and Property section .

You would probably need to use the services of a notary in your country to verify documentation you sign and verify this was done by you so solicitor in Ireland is happy with them.
