Mortgage application through Broker

    We applied for a BOI Mortgage through a broker 3 weeks ago and have no updates. We are due to sign contracts on a new House we have a reserve on this week and worried we will not have the approval in time. Can anyone shed any light on this?

    Sorry to hear you are awaiting an update on the application.

    Although application time frame for approval can vary, we would ask you to contact your broker and they can contact BOI staff to give you an indication on the time frame as to when to expect a further update.
