You sure that's the right website as mint.ie is a marketing company?

I've bought a couple of phones off this guy on adverts with no problems and he has very good feedback.

Do you know if he has a bricks and mortar store?
He has great feedback, I'm just wary of buying a fake,

I also used laptopsdirect.ie (same company as buyitdirect) twice in the past. Once was fine but the second time was a disaster, phone was faulty, after a month of back & forth via email and over the phone eventually had to threaten a chargeback before I could get a refund.

I bought of swappie.com after that and was very happy.
