I doubt the farmer has much of a relationship with a factory given that he only has a few animals 4 years old and he's not qa, you still have this obsession with weight loss in those marts which is completely wrong and what's the panic about selling you must have inside info on a big price drop coming.
I've looked at tullamore mart today and plenty aa and HD steers off fr cows approx 500 kg making 4.30 to 4.40 kg those buyers need to have a chat with you because at current prices they will lose 200+ per head and more when the price drops more
