Poor phone call quality

    Hi,

I recently had an Andream car kit installed in a 2015 BMW 3 series.

The sound quality for radio/spotify/podcasts is fine when my phone is connected and using android auto or wirelessly using normal blue tooth but in both instances the call quality is terrible, whether calls are made by normal phone or via whatsapp.

The quality was fine up until now, not sure what has happened and why it is just phone calls that are the issue?

Does anybody have any idea of what might be going on here and how to fix it?

    Thanks in advance

Say you’ll have to whip out your unit and check all connections, sounds like something small
