Saving money on a contract/business lawyer...

I run a micro startup in cork city that deals with web development, web design and web marketing.

I'm in the market for a lawyer to draw up contracts to cover clients and independent contractors for various services.

I believe i can save money by going to a lawyer with a suitable template already created? And by cutting down the number of revisions?

I can outline the areas I want the contracts to cover. Just the usual. Jurisdiction, portfolio use, liability, intellectual property, indemnification, third party sub contracting etc...

How much should I be paying do you think for 2 customized template contracts? Can anyone recommend a suitable solicitor that's reasonably priced ?

    Any other advice ?
