If you could sentence somebody to use only ONE ONLY Online Platform

I'd sentence them to use MSN, for a period of 5 years say. Just set the web browser only to accept addresses from that social platform. Such a scheme was enforced in my workplace too. What sort of rubbish platform would you force your usual suspects to use?
