    Anywhere I could find the models & options that were available for sale the above years in Ireland & UK?

    If you google Octavia sales PDF uk 20xx, you’ll get the brochure for that particular year.

    Note that pre September diesels are usually Euro5 so will carry roughly €1500-1800 nox charge, so maybe look at 2016 onwards.

    Thanks for that, I'll give it a go. The nox charge would only be an issue for imports right?. Not 100% sure if I'm going that route yet.

    Yes only for newly registered new or used cars.

    Irish spec on them is actually good enough, a lot of the UK ones are the same mid spec business editions used by fleet users.

    The main reason to go to the UK would be better selection of 2.0 TDI models, which are hard to get here. If you’re particularly bothered about power then the 1.6 TDI would be grand.

    Maybe you’re looking at petrols.

    Looking for a 1.6 diesel estate. Was just seeing if it made sense price wise to go over
