Hi I had some expensive health expenses this year. For getting money back from the revenue do I have to wait until 2021 before I submit them online or can I do them now? Thanks in advance

I had some expensive health expenses this year. For getting money back from the revenue do I have to wait until 2021 before I submit them online or can I do them now?

2020 expenses can be claimed from 2021 via Revenue's MyAccount.
