External Insulation-Porch

Neighbour is getting external Insulation at the moment and has just put some Insulation on porch below the front window. No problem in their garden.

The Porch is sitting on our dividing wall so it has a side window. Is it practice to Insulate on side off porch on my side off dividing wall which is infact in my Property under the window.

I have a porch right beside them but Neighbours porch goes out further and I would like some advice on this if possible.

Workers did not attempt to Insulate the wall on my side so I avoided an argument with Neighbour.

Do ESB Networks come back to tidy electrical cables? They all got shoved over to my side and are just hanging loose in front off my bedroom window. I think the Neighbour pulled a fast one i.e. it's now my problem.

    Ask your neighbor.
Or show a pic as previously requested to get a better response. It’s very hard to understand what’s going on in text alone.

Trying to avoid Neighbour if I can - Covid 19 and all that. I'm curious if ESB Networks have any standard process in place.

I found abit about ESB Networks charging €400 aprox. to lift cables away from wall so the house can be insulated but does this include them calling back to tidy cables and put in a PVC tubing which one off the workers doing the Insulation promised me would happen.

Can a builder/tradesman tidy the cables or is it only work for ESB. Any help please appreciated.
