I need to open my seat bel tensioner. Its sticking and maybe the ball bearing needs to be cleaned. However what opens the screw/bolt.???It's got more sides than a bi hex soc. It looks like a star with 24 sides in it. Itd a skoda mk2

However what opens the screw/bolt.???It's got more sides than a bi hex soc. It looks like a star with 24 sides in it.
