    Looking at a house there, is it an OK area?

    Nothing against caravans but it's the first thing on street view.

    and a toyota outside it aswell, never a good sign.

    Ballincollig is grand, castle park and Inismore are two parks with a bad rep there.

    A Passat would be more indicative of a bad sign in relation to a caravan IMO.

    Yes, it’s a lovely estate. I’m there regularly - very quiet. Nice mature estate with a lot of green areas.

    My cousin lives there, nice quiet area, Ballincollig in general is quiet enough these days.
