Outpatients appointments being cancelled again.

I have had 2 cancelled this week, 1 for end of September and 1 for early October. Both letters said i will be contacted to reschedule. Same thing happened last March due to Covid19 A friend has had 1 suddenky cancelled by text for next week, in a different hospital Is there a new hospital rush?
