Owners management company - no transparency

    Hi everyone,
I hope someone can help. What can be done if the directors of an owners management company consistently refuse to produce financial report for the members and to organise an AGM? And if you suspect mismanagement of funds? I've approached them for months on the subject, in vain.
    Thanks in advance.
    A.

Suggest you consult a solicitor to advise you on this. Be careful re the alleged mismanagement of funds.

Recently enacted emergency legislation allows for AGMs that should have taken place already in 2020 to happen up until the end of the year. Ours should have been in March but we were hoping to have it in September but now looks like it will have to be even later.

To be honest I would just like to get the financial report, I haven't been given one this year or last year. I've been asking for months now and I'm getting excuse after excuse and still no report. Surely it isn't that difficult to put together for a small development?
