Cork man and van recommendations?

I need to transport a bed from Togher to the recycling centre on Kinsale Road. A 2.5km trip. Any good man and van recommendations? And what's the going rate? Never gotten a man and a van before. If they quoted €5 Billion euro for a 2.5km trip I wouldn't know if that's a good deal or not. Ok I'm exaggerating a bit.

Have you a car?
If you do, just break the bed up and put it in the boot and back seat.
