Just seeing if anyone else is experiencing this issue with their calendar? Every time I check mine it tells me it's August. Yesterday it said "19th August" and today it's saying "20th August"? I mean just look out the window it's clearly January.

This last few years August has been rubbish, we actually had the best August in ages and as soon as it goes back to normal, out comes the "our weather is crap" brigade.

The month definitely feels like October. I wish they did an online rose of tralee this year. It might give us some idea of familiar feeling that it's August.

Anyone else with a heavy head feeling? Like a hangover but without the boozing to bring it on. Just sore head and tired and I think it's to do with the weather. It really feels wintery and so much like October. A prolonged dry spell would be lovely now.

Anyone remember the movie "Aliens'. The planet is dark and windy/stormy 24/7. So they use it for energy production and nothing else.

Kinda feels like I'm living on that kind of planet.

I'm usually very ourdoorzy in summer, and loose a few pounds in the process.

This 'summer' I put on a few pounds.

This month flew by. I thought July seemed to drag forever. Weather is prob our worst indicator as to what month it is.

    Yes. And no.

They were terraforming the planet which needs power.

Remember the bit about not using the 10 millimetre explosive-tip caseless standard light armour piercing round under the primary heat exchangers in case they ruptured the cooling system of the big fusion reactor ?

Or how well it went when the marines weren't allowed use bullets or grenades ?

I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.

Oops, should have posted this in the Clifden 81 thread. Sorry!
