My parents have no water at their house today. They live in Boher Co Limerick, and they are on (or used to be on) the group scheme line from Caherconlish. Is there a logged fault for that group scheme /that area please?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Storm Ellen has resulted in supply disruptions across the county and Caherconlish is affected. Please see here.

Works had an estimated completion time of 8:50am on 21 August; however, supply may take up to 3 hours to return to all affected areas as pressure needs to rebuild in the network. For more information, please see this link.

Irish Water is responsible for the public water network and Group Water Schemes are privately owned and operated. We would recommend that your parents contact the management of this scheme in relation to their supply.

    Kind regards,
    Niamh
