Insignia diesel

    I have a 2010 insignia diesel. I have been told that the engines blow themselves, but there is a cure, if done before the blow up

    Apparently it costs 300 euro and involves something done to the head, without removal. I would like to know what this process entails
    Google is not advising me, anyone on here?
