Sorry if this has been asked before (did search but found nothing) but can I do my A2 test on my own bike (cb450) which isn't on the approved list or will I have to source something else?

The RSA list isnt exhaustive - they actually couldn't keep that list up to date really.

The way to check is to look at your tax book and find the power output, and the weight. From that you can see if it complies with A2 rules, and you can also run that by the RSA in advance of your test too.

Is that a circa 86 CB with the trellis frame btw ??

Off topic, but that's a beautiful bike.

agreed: was out for a spin with a bunch on Sunday and here was one in the group. A nice 'sensible' comfortable bike imho.

Comstar wheels. The ones on later bikes were Comstars too but skinnier spoke sections.
