Have any of ye on here ever done a grant payment claim yourselves? I have one to do but need to sort out a lease on the piece of ground that the works happened on. My father still owns the yard a d I need to prove security of tenure on it for 5 years. My question is this, will an IFA standard lease filled out and signed by…
