    That site actually gets good reviews considering the vast majority of people are not botherd to write positive reviews on Trustpilot. Booking.com gets worse reviews (1.6) yet I've used them for years without issue. Amazon is the same.

    We used them a few years ago for a house in France. No problems with them, similar to any booking site.
