    Hey,

What are the best sites/resources to keep up to date with new builds?

I've been using Daft/Myhome but the few properties I was interested in are already sold out, it seems the sites have outdated information.

I've tried doing a bit of online searching and a lot of new properties in the pipeline require you to register for email interest lists but don't advertise price.

Any advice or resources that people typically use to find the ideal home?

    Thanks

Get it from the source - go into the planning app and look are planning that’s been submitted for areas of interest. Check out what developments are coming up in the future and see who the builder is. I find if a builder has a current site being built, keep note of the auctioneer. You could check if builder has a website and contract them directly.

Otherwise you have to register for the list and see if you can get in early.
