N plates for van

Any suggestions for the best N plates to use on a van?

I'm not sure if magnetic plates will do the job on motorways and **** weather. The rear doors are fully metal, so no rear window. It's a company van so I am not keen to leave marks on it either and I need to be able to get them off easily if I am switching with a colleague.

    Cheers

I suppose you then will have to get a plastic plate on the inside of the windscreen using tape.
Get a magnetised one for rear and see if it sticks.

I was on my provisional for a year and I had the same set of magnetic plates all throughout. I wouldn’t worry about them falling off. If you are nervous, why don’t you get a magnetic set and an adhesive. Attach the adhesive to the windscreen, and 1 magnetic one on the back. That way even if you do lose the magnetic one, you’ll have a spare.

You could get some double sided sticky tape to use with the magnetic N plate as well if you are worried about adhesion.

If the N sign in the back falls off, get a plastic one and some NdFeB magnets to hold it. They will not come off easily but can be pulled off in case you switch cars.
