Air France nightmare

    I’m having a disaster of a time with a reschedule flight booking. It was made through Expedia for last June. When the flight was cancelled, I requested a refund. I since changed my mind and requested a rescheduling instead. Now, my rescheduled flight keeps reverting to unconfirmed because of a refund request.

    This has happened three times now, and each time I’ve had to call Expedia again to get them to talk to Air France and get the refund request cancelled and reconfirm the flight.

    Is there any way to get this sorted out, I’m sick & tired of them at this stage.
